  •  popsicles (1 stick per)
  •  homemade cupcakes and mini-cupcakes are much less crumbly and messy

  •  jerky
  •  peanut butter on crackers, etc.

  •  pudding
  •  yogurt - regular form, no Go-Gurt
  •  cheese - cubes, sticks, or string, cheddar, jack etc
  •  light cream cheese on something in the BREAD section

  •  pretzels - least salty or yogurt covered
  •  dry cereals - low sugar
    popcorn
  •  mini sandwiches cut in shapes
  •  graham crackers

  •  rice cakes - regular or mini
